What is Career Intelligence?

We've taught students how to earn a degree.

We haven't taught them how to build a career.

For years, students move through a clear structure, with classes, exams, deadlines, grades, and regular feedback marking the way forward.

Professional life requires a different set of skills. Young adults are expected to choose a direction, evaluate opportunities, build relationships, communicate their value, respond to rejection, and make decisions without a syllabus explaining what comes next.

There is also an assumption that they should already know how to do all of this. Most have never been taught how roles and industries differ, how employers make decisions, how professional relationships develop, or how to move forward when the path is uncertain.

Pursue IQ fills in those missing pieces.
